After a full day of working or being at school there's nothing better than a hot bath- except of coarse a hot bath inriched in fragrant bath salts!! While there are many commercially prepared bath salts available, it's surprisingly easy to prepare your own blend at home!!!
In a large bowl mix; 6 parts coarse sea salt, 3 parts Epsom salts, to sooth tired muscles and reduce inflammation, add 1 part baking soda, to soften the waters and alliviate skin irritation. Add a few drops of essential oils, and mix together all this stuff well. Then add a few drops of food coloring until you get the desired color. Now pour all the stuff into a mason jar or old cleaned out jelly jar and if you want to give this as a gift tie a bow around and label it with what ever scent you put in and there you go!!
